1st stage
In the first stage of the Competition, you must complete and sign the application form and prepare a maximum two-page summary of your competition work. Then both documents should be sent to: Alfa Bond Kohlhauer, Aleja Katowicka 113, 05-380 Kajetany or to the email address: konkurs@alfabond-kohlhauer.pl by October 23, 2023.
The Jury of the Competition will evaluate the submitted abstracts and select no more than X (in words: xxxx) the best works in each category, which will be qualified for the second stage of the Competition.
Participants of the competition will be informed about the results of the first stage of the competition by e-mail to the address provided in the form, no later than November 30, 2023.
2nd stage
Participants qualified for the second stage of the Competition will be asked to send full competition works in the Professional category and diploma theses and certificates from the university about their defense (in electronic form) – in the Standard category of participants.
The deadline for submitting works is February 1, 2024.
The Competition Jury will evaluate the works in two groups of participants, and then during a 10-minute speech, the participants will present and discuss their competition works in a public forum, including in the presence of representatives of the competition organizer and the competition jury. The auditions will take place no later than in the first half of April 2024.

Stage III
The third stage of the competition will consist in the public presentation of the competition work by the participants of the competition and answers to questions from the members of the Competition Jury. Form – live or online meeting. The final result of the Competition in each of the two categories will be the sum of the points obtained at its individual stages. In the final stage, the decisive factors will be:
- content level of the presentation
- form of presentation
